This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines how cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for purchases made via our website www.okaybhaiya.com or through our Amazon store.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Order Cancellation
a) Before Shipment (Website Orders)
You can cancel your order if it has not yet been packed or shipped. To request cancellation, please email support@okaybhaiya.com with your order number as soon as possible. If eligible, your cancellation will be processed and a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
b) After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return after delivery (see Return & Exchange Policy below).
c) Amazon Orders
Orders placed on Amazon must be cancelled through the Amazon platform. Eligibility and refund timelines for cancellations are subject to Amazon’s terms and conditions.
2. Return and Exchange Policy
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. If youβre not fully satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange it, subject to the conditions below.
Eligible return/exchange cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective product
- Incorrect size received
- Size exchange request (if the product is unused and in original condition)
Conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all tags intact and in original packaging
- Return request must be raised within 15 days of delivery
- Products must pass a basic quality check upon return
To initiate a return or exchange, please write to support@okaybhaiya.com with:
- Your order ID
- A brief description of the issue or reason
- Photos (for damage or incorrect item cases)
We will arrange a reverse pickup where possible. In non-serviceable areas, we may request you to self-ship the product to our warehouse. Self-shipping costs may be reimbursed based on our discretion.
3. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and it passes our quality check, the refund will be initiated within 5β7 business days.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Razorpay/UPI/Credit/Debit Card).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank or UPI details to manually process the refund.
Refunds are not issued if the returned product is found to be:
- Used or washed
- Damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Returned without original tags and packaging
4. Exchanges
We accept size exchange requests within 15 days of delivery. You may request a size exchange if the product is:
- Unused and unwashed
- In resalable condition with tags and packaging intact
Once we receive the returned product, we will dispatch the replacement size (subject to stock availability). If the desired size is unavailable, we will process a full refund instead.
5. Important Notes
- Products must be returned in original condition. Failing this, the return/exchange request may be rejected.
- In rare cases of repeated returns or abuse of our policy, we reserve the right to limit or refuse future orders.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
