By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Shipping Locations

We ship to most pin codes across India through our logistics partners, including Shiprocket, Delhivery, BlueDart, India Post, and others. Shipping availability is automatically validated at checkout.

We currently do not offer international shipping. For custom delivery inquiries, please reach out to us at support@okaybhaiya.com.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders placed on www.okaybhaiya.com are usually processed within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. You’ll receive an email or WhatsApp notification with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

During high-demand periods (festive seasons or sales), processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you in case of major delays.

3. Delivery Timelines

After dispatch, delivery usually takes:

• Metro cities: 3–5 working days
• Other cities and towns: 4–7 working days
• Remote/rural areas: 7–10 working days

Please note that these are estimated timelines and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as courier partner delays or regional disruptions.

4. Shipping Charges

We offer:

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1000
• For orders below ₹1000, a nominal shipping fee will apply, which will be displayed during checkout.
• COD orders may include an additional fee as per courier partner policies.

Shipping charges, once applied, are non-refundable unless an error or delay occurs on our end.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for select pin codes and will be automatically offered at checkout if eligible.

Important points:

• Please ensure someone is available at the address to receive and pay for the order.
• Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to COD being disabled on your account.

6. Tracking Your Shipment

You’ll receive a tracking link by email/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. You can track your order in real time on the courier partner’s website or through the Shiprocket portal.

If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 business days, contact us at support@okaybhaiya.com.

7. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If your delivery is delayed or if the courier is unable to reach your address, they may attempt redelivery or mark the package as undeliverable. In such cases:

• We will reach out to verify your details.
• Re-shipment may be arranged, possibly with an additional shipping fee.

8. Damaged or Tampered Shipments

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. If you’ve already accepted the delivery, email us within 24 hours with photos and details.

We will assist you with a replacement or return in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

9. Amazon Orders

For orders placed via our Amazon store, shipping timelines and delivery handling are subject to Amazon’s policies. Please track your order using your Amazon account and contact Amazon support for any delivery-related issues.
